Cheese Making Demonstration by a local artisan diary producer.

Learn how to make mozzarella, burrata, nodini, treccia and various other local cheeses. Afterwards, you get to sample these delicious cheeses. It doesn’t get any fresher than that!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting – Liquid gold never tasted so good!

Taste some of the best quality EVOO in Puglia, then sit back and enjoy an aperitivo, accompanied by EVOO of course, washed down with a glass of Puglian wine.

An appointment with the Prince of San Vito Dei Normanni in his Castle.

A Guided tour by the Prince himself of his noble ‘home’.
Afterwards, enjoy an aperitivo with prosecco, on the terrace of the castle, overlooking the Piazza of San Vito down below.

Cooking class with a local chef – Angelo welcomes you to his quaint trullo in the Puglian countryside.  

Learn how to make Pugliese pasta; orecchiette, Tarralli and local biscuits. Then enjoy a sumptuous lunch with the ingredients you prepared, along with some other tradtional dishes prepared especially for you by Angelo. Lunch is accompanied by some fine, Puglian wine.
