Located directly on the beach at Torre Santa Sabina, Mirage is a fabulous restaurant and bar, that not only offers spectacular views out to sea and the quaint tower of Santa Sabina but the steaks here are absolutely incredible (my personal favourite in this region!). Whether you’re looking for a light snack (stuzzhicini), lunch or an elegant candlelit dinner, this is the place to be. They also offer an array of gelatos, a fully licensed bar, excellent house wine by the glass, and of course that all important ice-cold beer to refresh you on the hot summer days/evenings here in Puglia.
