This Market is in collaboration with the Slowfood movement which promotes biodiversity and sustainable eating. Encouraging producers and local business to grow, fish and eat locally sourced produce.
The market is a meeting place where local producers offer their quality products direct to consumers, and promotes sustainable methods of production that are kind to the environment. It is also a way in which to promote and preserves local food culture and traditions.
