Just back from Puglia, went on a couple of tours with Puglianpleasures, I really enjoyed the tasting of the different oils, cheeses and the local meats and of course a glass of local wine, before that tour we went to see how the mozzarella cheese is made which is interesting to watch it take shape and the sample the warm cheese, they also did two other cheeses one which is stuffed with cream which is very unique to the area, Valerie does a great job making sure we all understand what is happening as the cheese is being made. I will be going on her tours again next time I visit. 4 stars from me

We’ve done several tours with Valerie… all great experiences. Cooking experience Winetasting, cheesemaking and olive oil tasting.
We experienced the typical Italian atmosphere and met great local entrepeneurs.
Highlights: personal approachment,excellent food, wine and oil. High quality and enthousiasm.
We highly recommend Valerie as your host!
