Where you’ll sample some of the most famous wine varieties of this region, such as Primitivo and Negroamaro and some of the lesser known ones too.

An aperitivo accompanies the tasting at one of the wineries. Here you’ll be able to sample fresh local cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread and other local traditional food.
